Throughout my career I have relied on facts and quantifiable data to make recommendations to executives, technology buyers and institutional investors.

With over 30 years of experience in high tech as an analyst and journalist, I have a range of experience that crosses many IT disciplines. My focus, however, is on the areas of low-code/no-code application development, collaboration technology and CRM.

Prior to founding Caton Research, I worked for Aberdeen Group and an industry analyst covering ITSM, DevOps and collaboration solutions. I am also a contributing editor for ITPro Today, focusing on collaboration technology.

During early part of my career I worked for eWEEK/PC Week managing one of the newspapers two product testing facilities. I analyzed the capabilities of enterprise technology solutions and provided recommendation for IT buyers.
